7-Day Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of our services. If you are dissatisfied with a completed service, you may request a refund within 7 days of service completion. Refund requests must be submitted in writing and include a brief explanation of the concern.

Because services are time- and labor-based, refunds are issued at our discretion and may be partial or full, depending on the scope of work completed and the nature of the issue. Completed digital deliverables, consultations, and strategy sessions are considered final once delivered, but we will make reasonable efforts to address concerns or provide revisions when applicable.

Refunds requested after 7 days from completion are not eligible.
